How can I cancel?
Subscriptions are on a monthly rolling contract that can be cancelled at any time. You can cancel your subscription through the online customer portal or by calling directly.

You can update your contact information and payment card details directly through the online portal.
How can I pay?
Payment is handled through the website where you select your package and securely enter your card details. The transaction is encrypted and will appear on your bank statement as Make It Easy 4 U. You can also update your payment card details within the customer portal.
Can I ring you at any time?
Availability depends on your specific package:
Bronze & Silver: Support is available Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm. These packages exclude bank holidays, weekends, and out-of-hours support.
Gold: Includes expanded hours: Monday to Friday 9am–6pm, and weekends (Saturday/Sunday) 11am–4pm. The Gold package specifically includes out-of-hours calls and weekend work.
What is quick remote support?
Remote support allows me to use software called Zoho Assist to take full control of your PC or Mac as if they were sitting next to you. It is used for efficient problem-solving, such as resetting passwords, while saving travel time.
Silver: Includes remote support software for one device.
Gold: Includes remote support as a standard feature.
Bronze: Does not include remote support within the standard subscription.
What if I need an urgent appointment?
For urgent tasks like resetting a password, you can book an appointment, though the normal standard hourly rate applies for the work.
What should I do if an email looks like a scam?
You should ring for support, and I will help you remove the suspicious email.
